素敵な接客
Pros:

隣の部屋が真夜中騒ぎ立てて眠れず、部屋の移動を希望したら迅速に対応して下さりました。
対応頂いたスタッフやその他のスタッフの方々も、とても愛想良く良い接客でした。
朝食も美味しいので、この宿泊価格は嬉しいです。

Cons:

壁がどこの東横もそうだと思うのですが、薄いのかな。
結構音漏れはあります。

東横インを選ぶと大体間違いないです
Pros:

駅への送迎バスの運転手のかたがフレンドリーで素敵でした。

Cons:

朝食の味付けが今まで宿泊した東横インに比べて濃かった。
朝食のバリエーションが少なく感じた。
（でも、朝食が付いているのは、嬉しいです。）
駅近かと思ったら、地下鉄の乗り場までめちゃくちゃ歩く必要があって、萎えた。

Cons:

Fiz a reserva para 2 adultos e uma crianca de 12 anos, chegando la o quarto so tinha uma cama dura de 142 cm, nao tinha espaco nem para colocar um colchao, A cama tinha collar de mola que era duro como o chaos, travesseiro que tinha alguma coisa pesada e dura dentro.

Comfortable and nice stay!
Pros:

The transportation methods are not vey far from the hotel. If you need to use a metro it takes some minutes walk (which is not bad), if you need a Luup (electric bike) there is one place close to the hotel as well. The location is relatively close to Nagoya Castle, which is good!

Cons:

If you travel with car, make sure to check parking lots beforehand. The hotel has only 3 spots for customers but we cannot do a reservation. On the surroundings there are many parking lots that are relatively cheap.
