Pros:

Very close to Chiba Station, and even closer to Sakaecho Monorail Station.

Convenience stores aplenty, and all within walking distance 3-5 minutes.

Room was very clean and bigger than most Japanese hotel rooms. Breakfast buffet was awesome and allowed you to take containers of food to eat in your room or later, if you wanted.

Cons:

Not much to complain about. There weren't any laundry machines in the hotel, or at least none I was aware of. But there was a laundromat close by.

There are host/hostess bars right around the corner close to Sakaecho Station, but the men and women were not aggressive or pushy. That sort of thing doesnt bother me, but it might bother someone who isn't used to the bar culture.

Reasonable in Chiba
Pros:

Ease of finding the hotel. Inclusion of breakfast. amenities and many other things.

Cons:

Nothing particular though it says "eki mae" it not really "Eki mae" there are at least three Toyoko Inn around Chiba Train Station...Breakfast can be a bit vegetarian friendly.

部屋のティッシュが最初から空で、連泊したら、次の日にはあるかなと思ったけど、2日続けて空で補充などは無かったので残念。

Cons:

予約時Booking.comには駐車場有と記載されていたが、チェックイン時に確認したら「提携してた駐車場が廃業したので今は駐車場が無い」と説明がありました。駐車場があるから予約したのに、チェックイン時に「ありません」の説明で大変困りました。

また宿泊した部屋が臭く、家族全員が鼻が痛くなりました。

部屋が広く、バスタブが広いのは良かったです。

Bons hôtes et hôtel prés de la gare
Pros:

L'aide apportée par le personnel et l'accueil global fut très plaisants !
La proximité avec la gare est essentielle.
Le petit déjeuner était optionnel mais bon et copieux.

Cons:

Le lit n'est pas confortable dutout mais ce n'est pas impossible de dormir dessus, mais oui c'est un matelas dur.
