とても良かった
Pros:

チェックイン前とチェックアウト後に1時間100円で駐車場を延長してもらえた。荷物の預りもしてもらえてとても助かった。

Cons:

朝食のスペースがもう少し広いと良いが、部屋に持ち帰って食べられるのでさほど問題ではない。

2 days stay is good especially enjoy the shuttle bus ride to Tokyo Station.
Pros:

Breakfast is very standard in all Toyoko Inn. Suggest change some dishes alternative days.

Cons:

I prefer more salad vegetables rather than Japanese salty pickles and salty miso.

Pros:

L'hôtel est facilement accessible de l'aéroport d'Haneda et on trouve des bouches de métro pas très loin . La chambre est petite mais convenable avec une salle de bain propre et pratique
Pas tout le personnel ne parle anglais mais avec un effort de communication et le fait que le check-in/check-out se fait sur une machine , cela se passe bien . L'heure du check-in peut sembler tard mais l'hôtel garde nos bagages en toute sécurité si nous arrivons trop tôt !
Le petit déjeuner est très bon avec des petits plats typiquement japonais changeant tous les jours .

スタッフの方がとても親切だった。食事も美味しかった。東京駅までの無料のバスが出ていて助かりました。

Cons:

物を置く所と掛ける所がもう少し有ると良いと思た。スリッパが使い捨ての方が良いと思った。

Good Hotel. Ok Location.
Pros:

Good hotel. Very clean. Near (7-10 minute walk) from Metro. Overall, a good hotel with an 'ok' location.

Cons:

A few things. First: I made my booking on this 3d party site. As I got closer to my check-in dates, I attempted to make 'direct' contact with the hotel; I did not want to use this 3d party site for this...I want to make direct contact with the hotel for this confirmation. The Tokyo-Inn hotel site for this location did not work. I tried several times, but did not work. When I used this 3d party site to send the confirmation message, the message received with this 3d party site would not open. I needed to contact the 3d party site customer service so they could read me the message from the hotel...!!! If the Tokyo-Inn message system worked, I could have made that contact directly and quickly. The other negative with this hotel was the location to any convenience stores. I asked the hotel for the location of the nearest "Conbi" (convenience store), but that store was not there...or the directions given was not good. There was a Family Mart about 10 minutes away, as instructed by the hotel; was about a 10-minute walk.

泊まるなら東横INN！
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応が送迎バスの運転手さんも含めて良かった。
朝食もビジネスホテルにしては料理の品数も多くて美味かった。
地図で確認するより最寄りの駅が意外と近かったので交通も便利な場所にあるんだなぁと感じた。
横が公園、裏が隅田川なので都会の喧騒感が無く落ち着ける環境でした。

Cons:

窓の外がビルの壁だったので窓からのロケーションは楽しめなかったのが残念かな。
ただ、逆にプライベートは保てることもあるなとは感じた。

房間寬敞。
員工非常親切，雖然我不懂日語，但是能從他們的笑容和身體語言中感受到被尊重與被歡迎，從櫃檯人員、早餐人員到交通車駕駛員，全都讓我期待再次拜訪

Cons:

浴室很危險，浴缸是較深的款式且底部很滑沒有防滑設計、頂部沒有防滑握把，整個浴室裡也沒有任何防滑握把，我沖澡時感到數次腳滑很難穩住身體，很遺憾飯店也沒有止滑墊能借給需要的住客。

Good location. Shuttle bus is really handy.
Pros:

I like the quiet location. The shuttle bus to Tokyo station is a real plus. The staff are very friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast area can get very busy if the hotel is full but you can mitigate that by avoiding the peak time.
