맘편한 호텔이라 기대도 많이 했는데

台風半ばでの利用のお礼
Pros:

代理で二部屋予約させて頂き、尚足腰が不自由で新幹線を利用して、新三郷の私に会いに来たいとの事で、移動を考えたら東横INN三郷が良いかなと予約しました。車での移動となるので障害者雇用の駐車場を気持ち良く利用させて頂き、どのスタッフさんも親戚丁寧に対応して頂き有り難うございました。

Pros:

誤って喫煙ルームを、予約してしまったが、事前に電話連絡したら、出来る限り消臭しますとご対応頂き、チェックインの時も消臭して頂いた事をお伝え頂き、部屋も気にならない程度で快適に過ごせました。こちらのミスに関わらず、真摯にご対応頂けた事、本当に感謝してます。
