快適でした。
Pros:

駅近で、コンビニや飲食店も近く、立地が良かったです。

Cons:

朝食のバイキングの種類が少なく感じました。物価高なので仕方ないかもしれませんが。

Central Location / Great Parking / Friendly Staff
Pros:

Excellent location near Iwaki Station and The Spa Resort Hawaiians
Parking was available right in front of the Hotel
Staff was amazing and very friendly!

Cons:

Everything was great!
Arabiki Sausages with Breakfast are always appreciated :)

今回も”安心の宿泊”
Pros:

・1月に続いての宿泊。アメニティのところに「コームが必要な方はフロントまで」といった記載があったので分かりやすかったです。（前回宿泊時に見逃したのかもしれませんが・・・）
・スタッフの皆さん（フロントの方だけでなく）がとても元気で丁寧。
・自販機の料金が良心的です。

Cons:

・ユニットバスのドア近くの白いものが、ミストなのか加湿器なのかが分かりにくかったです。水を入れるところが小さく「ここでいいのか？」と思いながら水を入れました。後で加湿器は湯沸かしと一体のものだと気付きました。この季節は加湿器があると助かりますので、表示があると分かりやすいです。

快適でした。
Pros:

室内もきれいで、朝ごはんもおいしかったです。

Cons:

エレベーターが一機しかなかったので、せめてもう一機あっても良かったかと思います。

ロビーでのコーヒーサービスがある
部屋もバスルームも掃除が行き届いてる印象
朝食サービスがある

Cons:

駐車場の機械操作を受付スタッフが行うため備え付けの電話で利用の旨伝える。1日目は寒い中笑顔で親切に対応してくれたが、2日目は面倒臭さそうに対応され、フロントに誰もおらず待たされた。スタッフによって対応が違いすぎるのが残念。
