威圧的な態度

朝食に、バリエーションがあり大変満足しました。

Cons:

スマホのアプリに未登録部分があったのですが、カウンター内から何か下を向いて作業してる様なかんじで威圧的な言葉で教えてくれていた。

朝食も美味しく、部屋も綺麗で快適でした。

Cons:

受付にある機械の操作が分かりにくく、スタッフに聞かないと分からない客で、受付が混雑してチエックインに時間がかかった。受付が混んだ時に応援に入るスタッフを準備して欲しい。また朝食や部屋の説明が無く、機械操作に不慣れな客は戸惑うのでは。混雑時のスタッフの補充が必要に思います。
