格安です。
Pros:

朝食のビーフカレーは本当に美味しかったです。
コンビニも近く駅までもそこまで遠くないし、大通り沿いでタクシーもすぐにつかまりました。

Cons:

ソープ街のそばなので子供連れだと少し困ります。

加湿器は絶好調‼️
Pros:

タッチパネルの使い方が友達3人がわからなかったのですが、フロントの方が丁寧にわかりやすく説明してくださり、友達が大変喜んでました｡
喉がカラカラだったので、梅茶が大変嬉しかったです｡
加湿器があって，朝まで使って喉の調子も良く次の日の講習会も快適に受け入れました｡ありがとうございました。次回神戸で講習会があるときは、是非またこちらのホテルに宿泊させていただきたいと思います。

お茶や、コーヒーなど自由に無料でいただけて最高でした。ココアが美味しかったです。
冷蔵庫がスイッチを入れなくても使用できた。
