駅近
Pros:

室内の設備は少々古いかな？と思いますが、清潔でしたので問題ありません。スタッフの方々も親切丁寧ですし、朝食会場でのスタッフの方々も感じのいい方でした

Cons:

良くないわけではありませんが、私的にはドライヤーの風力が物足りなかったです。あと駅からホテルまでの環境がイマイチですが、気にせず歩けば大丈夫でした

スタッフの方の対応は丁寧でした。
１階の食堂部分にハーゲンダッツの販売機があって、空腹だった事もあり嬉しくなって1つ購入…美味しくいただきました。

Cons:

外部サイトより予約したせいもあるのか、お安いので仕方ないものの、窓の外は隣のビルが目と鼻の先の距離で朝から真っ暗…
ベッドのマットレスもちょっと硬すぎたかなって感じでした。

スタッフの一言にがっかりした。
Pros:

無料の朝食はありがたかった。お味噌汁が美味しかった。枕と毛布をお願いしたら、すぐ貸していただけて助かった。
清掃のスタッフの方が、明るく挨拶してくださって良かった。

Cons:

深夜に大きな地震があり、翌朝以降の電車の運行状況や被害について、出来るだけニュースを観たかった。
朝、テレビのリモコンが作動しなくなり、朝食のタイミングでフロントに行きリモコンについて説明したが、「まだテレビお使いになるんですか？」と面倒くさそうな対応をされ、がっかりしたし言い出しにくくなり「じゃあいいです」と答え、荷物をほどいて充電器を取り出してスマホで観た。自宅の周辺が揺れが大きかったようなので不安だったうえに、そういう利用客がいるという想定が全くないことは残念に思う。
