Pros:

La ubicación. La habitación es pequeña pero cumple su función.

Cons:

El desayuno no es continental. Apenas pudimos comer un pan con mermelada y margarita y un café de máquina bastante feo

Pros:

観光エリアに歩いて行けるロケーションで早朝や夕方の人が少ない時間帯に気軽に行ける。朝食が美味しかった。食事をするところには困らない。

Cons:

エレベーターが一つしかないので待たされることが多かった。対策として非常階段が使えるようになっていたが荷物があると厳しい。

駅近で良いけど、駐車考慮必要。
Pros:

綺麗で静かでした。
朝食を自分でトレイに詰めてお部屋で食べる事が出来ました。
シャンプーやリンスの香りが良くとても良かったです。

Cons:

エレベーターが1台しか無く，帰り降りるのにすごく待ちます。　　階段は使用できないので。帰宅される際時間考慮した方が良いと思います。
車の駐車場がコンパクトカーしかホテルには停める事ができない事。近くも夕方は満車になります。

Would love to stay again
Pros:

Great location, near the station and there is Lawson next to the building. Offers free breakfast, and amenity kit. Normally business hotels use cheap shampoo but I like the scent and the quality of the shampoo and conditioner.

Cons:

The only con for a business hotels would be the elevator. There's only one elevator so it gets really crowded in the morning.
