Pros:

Location was perfect, close to subway stations and bus stops
Staff was also very kind and attentive
The facilities were pretty great and always kept clean and tidy
We also liked the partition that the bathroom provided in the two bed bedroom

Cons:

Being a tall person the bathroom was kinda small and difficult to use
There were also several items in the breakfast buffet that we are not used to back home and that we didn’t look forward to but still we managed to have a good breakfast

Close to everything and was walkable to lots of places. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great location, great staff
Pros:

Location was great! Walking distance to shopping areas and Dotonbori. Great amenities available and free breakfast buffet. Very friendly staff.

Pros:

具体的にどこが良かったと言う訳ではなく、強いて上げれば清潔だった事。
イヤな思いはしなかったので価格も安いしまた利用したいと思います。

Cons:

チェックインの際にひげそり、くし他の入浴の際に使うものが受付フロントの前にあるのに気が付かず8階から降りて来るのが面倒だった。
チェックインの際にもう少しハッキリ伝えてくれればと思います。

朝ごはん最高！！
Pros:

無料の朝食がとにかくとっても美味しかったです♡
朝食係の方もとてもテキパキして元気が良く気持ちよく利用させていただきました
子供がお箸を落としてしまって、あーっと思っていると同時くらいにさっと代わりのお箸を持ってきてくださったり。本当にありがとうございました！

荷物も預かってもらえたり、フロントの対応もすごく親切だったのですが、子供の分のタオルなどがないのは仕方ないと思いましたが、歯ブラシがフロントにもなく少し困りました😭
