Not happy
Pros:

The only good thing this hotel had was the proximity to the airport and the train station.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, you could hear everything from road noise to the people in the next room opening up a suitcase. I had the worst nights of sleep ever. The bathroom was tiny, I have never seen the same faucet being used for the shower and for washing our hands or brushing our teeth. The breakfast space was too small for the amount of people in the hotel. The shuttle was a nice addition but it only runs until 10 am.

Great stay
Pros:

I have used this hotel several times and the staff are always friendly, the room is clean, and the breakfast is delicious.

Cons:

The neck of the blow dryer was broken, so whenever I tried to dry my hair, the neck would break, making it a bit difficult to dry my hair.

Parfait pour une étape entre 2 vols
Pros:

Emplacement parfait pour une nuit étape entre 2 vols proche de l'aéroport. L'hôtel était propre, le check-in check-out automatique rapide et il existe une navette bus gratuite pour rejoindre les terminaux de Haneda.
