Great choice for your last night before leaving Tokyo or for a business trip.
Pros:

My partner and I had previously stayed at Toyoko Inn Narita and therefore expected a rather rundown place with its only big plus being the close proximity to the airport. But we were really pleasantly surprised! Everything seems quite new and in excellent shape, and the rooms are super decent. There are plenty of restaurants around and a drugstore just across the street. Bus shuttle to the airport runs multiple times per hour. Wouldn’t even have minded to stay another night!

Breakfast isn’t good at all, sorry:(

良かったとは言えないけど　羽田空港への距離で良かった

Good overall even though room is small.

Staff were very helpful & kind.

Cons:

Piping majes a bit of noises & bathroom sink tap water temperature isn't too stable from hot to cold.
