Rapide et efficace
Pros:

La proximité avec l’aéroport. La navette de l’hôtel. Ça fait du bien de ne pas galérer quand on arrive tard dans la nuit. Le petit déjeuner appréciable surtout lorsqu’il y a un départ tôt le lendemain.

Pros:

スタッフの方の対応が、今まで利用したホテルの中でも、ダントツ良かったです。快適に過ごすことが出来ました。
空港から近く、駅からもとても近く、移動しやすかった点が特に良かったです。

Cons:

エレベーターが小さく感じました。利用人数に対しての、エレベーターの大きさが気になります。海外からの団体客に遭遇したからだと思います。

Pros:

The staff was very friendly & helpful in explaining in English. Also showing me how to do things or where to find things.

The hotel also has a buffet breakfast from 6:00~9:00 am included in the price.

The location was convenient next to Otorii Station on the Keikyu Line less than 10 minutes from Haneda Airport. The hotel also has a free shuttle bus to Haneda Airport.

Cons:

I know the hotel is being eco-friendly. The only thing that was a little inconvenient was that if I wanted ice, something to drink or use the microwave I had to go to the 1st floor (my room was on the 12th floor).
