Pros:

スタッフやサービスは他のホテルと比べても非常に良いです。駐車場は一日1000円かかりますが当て逃げのリスクもないので安心だと思います。
朝食は無料で食べても食べなくても良いフリー制でした。コンビニも近くていいとは思いますが、近くのお店は居酒屋のようなお店が多いので、ご飯で困るような事はないです。梅田駅周辺のように人口も少ないので人混み嫌いな人にオススメです。
シャワーの水圧はもう少し強くして欲しいです。

駅からホテルまでは少し距離はあるが、商店街を抜ければほぼ雨にも濡れない立地。
繁華街を通るのが嫌な場合、アーケードを通れば良いかも。
近隣にコンビニやドン・キホーテもあり便利。飲食店も多数。
