8.5
Multiple reviews explicitly praise the hotel's cleanliness (清潔, 綺麗, 清潔感がある); rooms and bedding are consistently noted as clean and comfortable.
Service
6.8
Mixed reports: some guests praised polite, helpful front-desk staff, while others complained about unfriendly employees and pressure from using the check-in kiosk.
Location
8
Frequently described as convenient and close to the train/central spots; a few mentions that nearby convenience stores are not very close, but overall location is a strength.
Room Quality
7
Rooms are generally comfortable with wide beds and good sleepwear, but many comments note compact layouts, narrow walkways, small room size, and some noise/insufficient bathroom soundproofing.
Amenities
7.3
Positive notes on breakfast takeout option, in-room app/YouTube availability, and useful room items (hand mirror, fridge); minor negatives such as a non-dimmable reading light were reported.
Value for Money
7.9
Several guests highlight the low price and good value compared with alternatives, making the hotel a cost-effective choice for many stays.
Food and Beverage
6.1
Food quality (e.g., hearty miso soup) receives praise, but numerous complaints about a very small breakfast area, limited breakfast menu compared with other branches, long lines, and limited condiments lower the score.
Overall Experience
7.6
Overall sentiment is positive with many satisfied guests ('満足', '大満足', '快適'), tempered by recurring issues around breakfast space and occasional service/room-layout inconveniences.

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Cons:

Soggiorno piacevole ma con margini di miglioramento
Pros:

Cons:

Colazione affollata e abbastanza scarsa. Lunga fila ogni mattina. Mancavano cose basiche quali pane o marmellata . Molte zuppe giapponesi di dubbio gusto
