Pros:

Property was ok however the room we booked was for 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. We got there to find 2 single beds and no ability to change or upgrade due to the property being booked out. Also the buffet was very Asian with no western options. We went to a local bakery instead as there wasn't even fruit or cereal or toast as an option

特段何にも不満に感じることはありません。
施設内については、とても快適に利用することができました。

唯一、朝食は時間によってはかなりの混雑が発生し、
スペースの狭さから座る場所にデッドスペースが生まれてしまっている感じは勿体無いかなと。

アクセスは、基本的に駅からもとても近いので良いと思います。一方で同金額付近の他はもっと近かったり、夜20時以降に近くに飲食店は無くコンビニも駅前に戻る感じだったりとか、そのくらいがちょっと他に比べると不便かも？？くらいな印象でした。

最上階で綺麗なお部屋を使わせていただきました。ドライヤー以外にヘアアイロンも使えて、それも、リファです！お部屋のシャワーヘッドも、リファで感激でしたが、ちょっと水圧が弱かったのが、残念でしたが、美味しい朝食も込み込み、リーズナブル、駅近、クーポンなどロビーに置かれていて、とても助かりました。長野観光の際には、また利用したいです。

東横インは何度か利用させて頂いていますが（他府県で）スタッフの方々の接客は今までで1番良かったです😃

施設の事なんですが、シャワーカーテンがとても臭かったのでちゃんと臭いは確認して頂きたいのと、朝食のお味噌汁のカップが小さすぎて入れにくかったのでもう少し大きい入れ物にして頂けると有り難いです😌
あとおしぼり的な物があれば嬉しいです☺️
食事は美味しかったです😊
