施設の不良（3機のうち1機朝動いていない）宿泊者数から言ってあってはならない事と思います。『非常階段を開放します。』最終手段を取ったような事をしていたが、外の非常階段1Fに誰も居なくて防犯管理は、どうなの?朝からごった返していました、ロビーで朝食待ち人もいっぱいでした。

朝食がついているのは良いが、利用客数に対して使用エリアがロビーのせいもあるが狭い。今朝は20人程の行列ができてしまいそれが30分以上続いていたようだ。改善の余地ありと思う。

今回は出張で利用し、少し広いシングルの部屋に宿泊しました。部屋に入ったときに埃っぽいにおいが気になったので、消臭スプレーをしたり、窓を開けて換気しました。幸い天気が良かったのでそれで問題ありませんでしたが、空気清浄機があるといいのかなと思いました。朝ごはんは混雑していたので食べませんでした。

親切なホテル
Pros:

駅近くで便利なホテル。機械のチェックインは少し分かりにくかったが、スタッフが丁寧に迅速に手伝ってくれてストレスが無かった。朝食は予定時刻より早くオープンしてくれたので並ばずに利用できて良かった。
