繁華街は少し外れているものの、周りに深夜まで空いている食事処が沢山あって良かったです。
Pros:

急遽宿泊人数を増やしたのですが快く引き受けてくださいました。喫煙ルームでしたがニオイは気になりませんでした。

Cons:

バスルームの浴槽や壁に髪の毛が落ちていたり、入浴時の蒸気で鏡の拭き取りあとが浮かび上がった際に車のワイパーみたいな弧を描くかたちで鏡の全面は拭き取ったあとがなかったのが気になりました。
あと床に化粧品の封印シールの剥がしたものみたいなのが落ちていました。

それ以外はとっても清潔で良かったです！浴室やシャワーカーテンもカビ臭くなく、目視でカビや湯垢は見つからなかったです。
また利用したいです！

We had a comfortable sleep and with a full stomach, we were ready to explore Nagoya. Thank you.
Pros:

My family really loved the breakfast and how kind the staff were to us. The staff at the front desk were very understanding and patient with our lack of the Japanese language. The breakfast staff were very lovely.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit small.

禁煙ではなかったので匂いがきつかった。

快適に過ごすことが出来ました。また利用したいと思います。
Pros:

スタッフの方たちがとても感じよく親切丁寧な接客でした。お部屋も清潔でお掃除がゆきとどいていました。

Cons:

トイレが何回かボコボコと大きな音がしていてとても気になりました。
