禁煙の部屋が良かってのですが無くて喫煙の部屋だったので凄くタバコ臭くて嫌でした。
禁煙の部屋をもっと増やして欲しいです。

Pros:

過去に東横インを利用させていただいたことがあるんですけど、覚えてる限り、朝ごはんはおにぎりとお味噌汁ぐらいでした。でも今日は充実した朝ごはんで、おまけにお部屋まで持ち込めることができて朝ごはんの時間に起きれない娘のためにテイクアウトしました。とってもおいしかったし、文句なしです。本当にありがとうございました。

予約した時に登録したクレジットカードと異なるプリペイド式のクレジットカードでお支払いした際、予定の請求金額以上にチャージしてるはずが、なぜかチャージ不足になって、計算したら約３倍ほど高くなってて、おかしいから現金で払ってしまいました。用意していた現金は滞在中に使う予定だったから宿泊料金でだいぶ減ったからちょっと残念でした。でもホテル側は全然悪くないので、ちょっと不思議でおかしいなと思いました。
