窓から東北新幹線と宇都宮駅、少し見えました！
Pros:

駅まで歩いて１分的？隣にも東横インあって、壁部屋を予測してたけど、距離があって少しだけ新幹線見えます。チェックインまで荷物を無料で預けられました。ナンバーロック式。

Cons:

付近の駐車場環境だけ。祝日だと14時で、近くの駐車場は混雑。田川沿い（ニッポンレンタさん近く）の駐車場が少し空いててそこに駐車。24時間1200～1300円でした。

ゆったりと過ごせました。
Pros:

朝食はとても美味しく、適量にたべられました。

Cons:

火災時の非常階段入口がロックされてました。開け方が良くなかったかもしれませんが。また、防犯上から施錠していたのかもしれませんが、いざという時、エレベーターしか逃げ道がなくなります。ドアには避難経路の記載はありますが、施錠してあることの記載はありません。再考をお願いします。
