シンプルな内装とフロントの方の笑顔の対応でホッとできた
Pros:

ユニットバスが使いやすかった。デスクやミラーが置かれてて明るかった。1階のドリンクサービスが嬉しかった。壁にかけてあった額縁が落ち着いた。ベッドサイドの読書テーブルが気が効いてるなと思った。帽子かけとハンガーが十分あった。

Cons:

テレビに映し出された翌日の朝食の質問に関してのWi-Fiの繋ぎ方の説明を詳しくしてほしかった。

家族旅行で初めて和歌山で宿泊。
駅近くで探しており、こちらに決めました。東横インはたまに利用しますが、こちらのホテルはスタッフの対応も親切で立地も良く気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。
そして、何より気持ち良かったのはお部屋の清掃がきちんとされているところです。
ベッドやデスク周りはもちろん、水回りはいつもきちんとされているんだろうな。と感じられる清掃でした。
あと、朝食のスタッフの方も活気がある感じで良い対応をして頂きました。
素敵なホテルで気持ち良く過ごす事が出来ました。
ありがとうございました♪
