Pros:

サマーランドに行くのに利用しました。駅からすぐで立地は良く朝食もあり満足できるホテルです。また機会があれば利用したいです。

まる１日サマーランドを楽しむため予約しました。駅からは直通のバスも出ているので楽！食事をするにも近場に程よくあるし、かといってうるさくなくてよい場所です。

親子2人で予約したがタオルが1組しか用意されず、問合せすると今回のプランは子供分が無料のプランにつき用意はないとのこと(事前の説明なし)。またタオルは古く他では廃棄相当を使用。
朝食場所がエントランスでは衛生的にも疑問。ほとんどの食材がカラで補充待ちの客で混雑。
全般的に行き過ぎたコスト優先を感じ、過去の過ち(障がい者用駐車場を一般用に転用)からの意識改善は見られない。二度と泊まらない。

自家用車での利用でした。
ホームページには自社駐車場有りと明記がありましたが、利用する事ができませんでした。
利用2日ほど前に、ホームページ内のアクセス項目の中に、【小さく】、駐車できるのは先着順とあり、また、電話してくださいともありました。これでは、とても分かりずらいです。
２か月前からの予約でしたが、最大限に御社の利便性を堪能できませんでした。
改善の余地はありますね。

This was our second time staying at Toyoko Inn Akigawa, and we chose it again because of how convenient it is for visiting Tokyo Summerland — my son absolutely loves it there! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need for a short stay. My son also really enjoys staying at this hotel, which makes the whole trip even better for us as a family.

The staff are kind and helpful, and check-in was smooth. The location is great — easy to find and not too far from restaurants and convenience stores.

If I could wish for one thing, I just hope the breakfast could be a bit tastier next time. But overall, we’re happy and would gladly stay here again on our next Summerland trip!
