Pros:

駅近。特に翌朝は雨だったので，ほとんど濡れずに助かりました。
設備等も快適でした。

Cons:

平日のやや遅いチェックアウトなのでしたが，エレベーター🛗が一台は急いでいたら，焦ってイライラしたかも…

安物買いの銭失い

Cons:

安いホテルを今まで全く利用していなくてフロントで対面チェックインするのが常だったが、訳の分からんチェックイン機を操作していると、スタッフがいるのに聞き取れない小さな声で何かを言ってくるだけ。そこにいるのであればカウンターから出て来て対応しろ。ちょこちょこ入力させて人件費を浮かすのであれば、事前にQRでも発行しろ。しかも、初めての利用は明らかなのに、備品の説明もない。今回は他が空いていなかったので仕方なく利用したが二度と利用する事はない。
