戸田ボート場で行われるローイングの大会の際にいつも活用させてもらってます。近くにあるので、この暑さの中休憩に戻れるのはとても助かっています。氷と水が無料でもらえるのは熱中症対策としてもとても助かります。
1つ思ったのが、ダブルの部屋のハンガーをもう少し増やしてもらえる助かります。足りませんでした。

急遽１泊追加したので、私がきちんと確認せずダブルベッド１台のみの部屋で、大人２人子供１人…
狭くて寝られず、毛布なら貸し出せるとの事で２枚お借りして１人は床で寝ました^^;

上記の件や、周辺の飲食店等問合せた時のスタッフさんの対応がとても感じ良かったのでマイナス点も今は旅の笑い話に。

朝食のバイキングもとても美味しかったです。

評判通り、ほかの部屋の騒音が聞こえるためこちらもかなり気を使った。
アメニティはフロントのうしろの棚から自分で持って行くスタイルだったか、クシやブラシの類が一切無かった。

良かった点としては、ベッドや床が綺麗に掃除されていて快適だった。
品数は少なかったけれど朝食が無料なのも良かった。
有料だけど駐車場も隣接していて便利だった。

部屋は綺麗で比較的駅から近いので便利ですが、従業員の接客対応が適当で失礼でした。
他のホテルを予約したいですが、戸田公園周辺は東横インしかないので仕方なく利用してます。
