ビジネスホテルとしてはとても良かったです。また、スタッフの方々も接客の対応も良かったと感じました。

Cons:

私は東横インを１５年ほど利用してますが、朝食についた年々サービスが落ちたと感じました。無料なので何も言えませんが私の気持ちですが料金を支払っても構わないのでもう少し内容を良くしたほうがと思います。昔はおかずも充実してました。運動部の生徒さんを見かけました。少し物足りないのでは？（余計な事を言いました。失礼❗️）但しホテルそのものは大変良いと思ってます。

細かいヤツは高級ホテル行け
Pros:

価格はかなり抑え目。

Cons:

補修後目立つ壁、がたついているコンセント、閉まりきっていない点検口、温度調整出来ないシャワー、など細かい人には粗が目立つのでしょうが、そんな人は一泊数万払うホテルをオススメします。

場所がよかったからまた使います
Pros:

簡素でお手間要らずでよかった。

Cons:

場所柄かも知れないが朝食会場は室内着や室内スリッパで食べたい。
トイレがもう少し大きとありがたい。
テレビはBSやCSが見たい。
フロントが朝食会場の目の前なので、ちょっと食べにくい。

お湯沸かすやつ臭い
お湯沸かしても飲めないくらい臭い
すごく困る
普段からお湯しか飲まないから
