チェックイン時パーキングの案内が良くない。車を目の前に駐車し、どこに止めたらいいのか聞いたが先にお金払ってくれないと案内が出来ないと言われました。目の前に駐車しているのでお金はどちらにしろ支払うのに不親切だな、、、と感じました。結果、名前を言って止める場所をお教えいただいたが、最初のファーストコンタクトなのに気分も悪くなりました。

総合的にハード(設備, 食事)・ソフト(サービス)とも一定以上の品質であり、コストの安さもあり満足度高かったです。
チェックインは比較的早め(15時過ぎ)の時間帯だったためか空いていてスムーズ。ご担当の方にも適宜フォロー頂きました。
お部屋はどこの東横インもほぼ一緒なのでしょうね。ベッドの下にスペースがあるので荷物が置けるのと、ベッド自体が軽いので動かしやすいのは助かります。(家族帯同なので、2台のベッドをくっつけたい)
エレベーターが1基しか無いため非常階段を開放していますが、外階段に繋がっているのでフロントへのアクセスはあまり良くなかったです。(他ホテルの経験では、フロント脇に出てくる所があり、低層階の場合は便利)
朝食に関しては、お味は無難な感じ。肉・魚・野菜・ごはん・パン・汁物・カレーとひと通り揃っています。元気の良い女性の方が汁物とカレーの配膳をしており、適宜食器の返却のフォローをされていて好印象。敢えて苦言を言えば、ご飯がくっついてお餅のようになっていたの点くらいでしょうか。
高崎では立駐からの出庫に2-3組待ち・10-15分かかった気がしますが、こちらは自分が出る際は待ちなし(自分の後に1組)で所要時間 3分程度だったので、ストレスフリーで良かったです。

交通方便，乘搭火車抵達後步行3分鐘便到達。房間整潔，職員有禮。有洗衣及乾衣機在大堂，很方便。唯一不方便是附近只有便利店，似乎沒有食店在附近。晚餐要考慮去那裡吃。
