良かった。
Pros:

中華街すぐ近くでみなとみらい山下公園などにもアクセスが良いこの立地でかなり安く泊まれたのでコスパがかなり良かった。
設備等は値段なりだが特段不便な事もなく近辺の観光等の拠点にするにはおすすめできる。

Cons:

エレベーターが1つしかなくタイミングによっては結構待つことがあった。

Pros:

お部屋も綺麗に清掃されていて気持ち良かったのと、朝食があったのはとても有り難かったです。悪天候だったのでチェックイン前にドリンクが飲みながら待てたので助かりました。

Cons:

部屋ではなく、休憩所？で食事しましたが、壁に小さな名刺サイズのチラシが設置されていましたが、人が通る度にそこにぶつかって落ちるのでやめた方が良いのでは？

スタジアムや中華街が近くて便利だった。

また、横浜スタジアムがすぐ近くで移動時間が少なくて便利だった。
朝食のおにぎりの種類がたくさんあって美味しかった。

Cons:

洗濯をしようとしたら、説明書がわかりにくくて、お金だけ入れてスタートしてしまった。
フロントの方に使い方を尋ねたが、「もう回ってますね。」とだけ言われて使い方を教えてもらえなかった。
