Hotel with great location and great breakfast!
Pros:

It's great location was perfect for families spending vacation in Yokohama. The breakfast was delicious. It's also affordable. I was glad we could bring our food to our room since the dining (also used as waiting area) could get crowded easily during breakfast. The staff were nice and approachable. I forgot to bring my charger, and they handed one for me to use. Also, this hotel offers different set of breakfast every day.

Cons:

We booked the smoking room since it's the only option left that could fit my family. Of course we didn't smoke, but we could smell the smoke from other rooms. I tried using the small air purifier/humidifier but when I poured water, it leaked. So, we could use it.
Also, I booked the hotel for three people, including my son, but he didn't have a towel. We've stayed in other hotels, and it is our first time not having a separate towel for our child. He's only 4. I had to pay extra for him to get fresh towels for the duration of our stay.
