Pros:

駅前でとても便利でした。
駅にコンビニもあるし、徒歩2分で別のコンビニもある。ホテルの横には居酒屋もあって、出張時の宿泊にはベストな立地と思います。
お部屋も快適でした。

Pros:

小学生の子供と添い寝プランで利用させていただきました。
タオルもスリッパも1人分しか用意できないとのこと。
他のホテルは同じプランでも2人分用意してもらえました。
もう少し柔軟に対応してほしいです。

機械式駐車場（？）が500円で利用できました。コンビニが徒歩圏内に2つくらい、飲食店もいくつかありました。朝食が無料なのに種類豊富でとても良かったです。
清潔さや部屋の広さは普通ですが、金額を考えたら十分満足です。

駅近で便利

滞在中、かなり頭痛があったものの、頭痛薬を携行するのを忘れてしまった
フロントの方に用意はないか尋ねると、「ない」とのこと
たぶん宿泊施設で薬を渡すことはできないなど法令上の制約があるのだと思うので、それは仕方ないが、
近くのドラッグストアを案内するなどの気配りは欲しかった

出発が朝早かったが、朝食提供の時間は前倒しできないと言われ、それも承知で仕方ないのであるが、
「コーヒーは6時から提供しています」とのこと

施設自体は快適であったが、全体的に、機転の利かないスタッフだなぁと感じた
他の東横インは快適だったので
ほんとに人によるのだと感じる
