Pros:

Staff was speaking English well and was super kind and helpful, the nicest I encountered in my 4 week travels through Japan! Being able to leave multiple luggages (stored safely inside a closed room next to reception) before check-in and after check-out was a great help as well. Room was clean, bed comfortable, bathroom good size with a bath tub. Breakfast had nice choices, I liked the warm foods especially. Great value for the price, I would come back anytime.

Buena calidad-precio y personal muy agradable.

El personal era muy muy amable y entregado a los huéspedes. También la ubicación y el desayuno incluido.

Cons:

Были втроем- я жена и дочь 15-лет. Сняли 2 номера. , но предоставлено всё было на 2-х человек, даже полотенца на дочь не дали. Сказали, что жить она может, но полотенца ей не положены. Странно.
