Pros:

非常に不満で不快です。
客室や、朝食には何も不満はありませんが、立体駐車場の不具合に対する対応に不満です。
朝。設備に不具合があり、車が出せなくなり、タクシー代を後で精算するので後ほと車を取りに来て欲しいとの説明でした。用事を済ませて車を取りに行くと高速代は保証出来ないとの事。どこに行くかも聞かれてないし、高速代は対象外とも説明を受けてません。対応したスタッフも悪びれる様子もなく当然の様な対応でした。車を取りに戻る為に帰宅に３時間も余計な時間が掛かってます。機械の故障は仕方ないのですが、その後の対応に不満です。
金額の問題ではありません。悪びれもしないで対応されたのが、不満です。
あきれて怒る気にもなりませんでした。
二度と利用しません。
ちなみに朝に対応して頂いたスタッフの対応はとても良かったです。駐車場が治った連絡ももらい安心できました。

This is my favorite Toyoko Inn. The staff are all very nice, the buffet breakfast is excellent and not crowded in the morning, the room is clean and quiet!

周辺の施設説明？食べる所など教えて欲しかった。　気づいたらロビーにマップがあった…チェックインの際に教えて欲しかった。

駐車場も立体で　高さ制限がある事を記載して欲しかったです。　雨が降ってなかったからまだよかったけど…。

ドアの防音機能が弱いので、廊下には部屋の声が漏れます。部屋に居る分にはそこまで気になりませんが、子供連れや夜は賑やかな声が溢れてました。
