フロントスタッフ、朝食のスタッフ共にすごく感じよく丁寧に対応して下さいました
駅近でした
目的地には少し距離はありましたが地下鉄で乗換無しで行けたので良かったです
ただ一点部屋の空調の音が気になり度々起きてしまい満足な睡眠が取れませんでした

コンビニも近くにあり、駅近でもあり朝朝食も付いてて良かった。
ただ最寄駅が分からずホテルに電話するも自動音声案内でホテルの係りが客対応で電話に出れないとのことで、そこだけが気になりました。

立地よく、便利です
Pros:

立地がよく、利用しやすいです。すぐ隣りにファミマがあるのでちょっとした要り用にも困りません。朝食が無料なのはいいですが、1階のロビーを食堂代わりにしているので、朝チェックアウト後の待ち合わせなどがとてもしづらいです。

また、同行者の部屋がとてもカビ臭く変更を依頼したのですが、受け入れていただけませんでした。やはり何処も部屋がいっぱいなのでしょうか。少し残念でした。

朝食がついてて助かりました。美味しいし、コーヒーを部屋に持って帰ることもできて、ありがたかったです。バスタブに手摺りがついてないことが、ちょっと不満。高齢者は、手すりがないとなかなか立ち上がれないのです。それと、やはり少し宿泊料が高くなったと感じました。万博のせいか？
