地點離歌町站非常的近，走路大概５分鐘可以到
離San-A Main Place也非常近
走路五分鐘也有超商Lawson，是一個非常方便的住宿地點
一樓有投幣機跟迎賓飲料及投幣洗衣，也有提供電話可以叫計程車

Cons:

雖然有預期房間不大但比想像的小
吹風機還是舊的固定在牆上的
房間外走廊好像沒有攝影機多少還是有點擔心安全
