Pros:

Ottima posizione, soli 7 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Namba, personale ultra disponibile e pronto ad aiutarti, ottima la colazione, ovviamente orientale, quindi non aspettatevi cornetti e cappuccino, ma una ottima cucina.

I like the eco service idea that do concern the environment

Cons:

-The location is pretty far from the train station ( for a child to walk)
- we got only one pillow and one set of towel when we check in. We have to ask from the staff
- some staffs are not quite nice to foreigner guests
- The room light is a little bit not bright enough

Petit dépannage
Pros:

Un peu plus petit que je ne le pensais mais super confortable et très accueillant.

Cons:

Les toilettes sont beaucoup plus petites par rapport à d’autre hôtels du genre si vous faites 180cm de haut vous allez vous sentir à l'étroit déjà à 174cm il n’y avait pas beaucoup d'espace.
