Pros:

子供は添い寝扱いのため、タオルは1人分しか用意されてないと説明をうけ、有料で宿泊分のタオルセットを追加しました。今まで何回も利用させて頂いて初めて言われたため戸惑いました。
ただ清掃時には2人分用意されてたので謎でした。
また禁煙でしたが、風呂場でタバコの匂いとカビ臭さがありマイナス1です。

Pros:

写真で見るよりも思ったよりも部屋は広く、ベッドは綺麗にメイクされてましたし、快適に過ごせました！！
冷蔵庫も見た目よりずっと中はスペースがあり、温度調節もしやすくて使いやすかった。
近くには駅もトライアルもあり、何かと便利でした。
無料朝食は今回利用しませんでしたが、次回泊まる機会があれば、食べてみたいです！

Pros:

年寄2組で1人が車椅子使用の者がいての旅行でしたが、ホテルの配慮でバリヤフリーの部屋に変えてもらい楽しく過ごすことができました。部屋の中も清潔で申し分ありませんでした。今後の旅行もホテルは東横INNを優先的に選ぼうと思います。ありがとうございました。

Pros:

新八代駅から新幹線に乗るのに利用しました。
スタッフの方もみなさん親切で素晴らしい接客だとおもいました。
お部屋もツインのお部屋でしたがキレイでとてもよく眠れました♪
朝ごはんのバイキングも美味しかったです。
また利用したいと思います。
