スタッフさんが丁寧で好印象でした。

Cons:

壁が薄いせいか隣の部屋で子供が騒いでる声がダダ漏れでした。深夜に騒がれたのはきつかった。

結果的に良かったが、数日前に予約してキャンセルしたが、やっぱり泊まる事になり当日予約したら2名で5000円安く泊まれた

▪️クレームに対して腑には落ちてなかったから僕が直接フロントに行き、僕の質問に対してフロントの人が一から説明してくれたから良かったとおもう、

▪️僕が歩いてエレベーターのところに行く際に掃除の人が急に飛び出して来て謝罪を細かくしてたところは良かったと思う

壁が薄くクレームがあり、普通の声や音を出してるのに僕たちだけがクレーム言われるのはおかしく腑に落ちない

Pros:

The location is convenient and the staff was nice

Cons:

The noise is absolutely terrible!
We could hear the train super loudly every few minutes until 1am and they again from early morning. Literally impossible to sleep.
The pillows and bed itself were also very uncomfortable.
