Pros:

Overall OK place, conveniently located near main train station and car rental.

Cons:

The so-called "breakfast" is a hoax, literally nothing but a few onigiri and soup. I would come again if I could opt out of that "service", but with "breakfast included" the daily allowance is reduced. Therefore, no thank you.
Electronic check-in takes more time and as much staff for guidance as a conventional reception, therefore better abandon that model. It was OK to reduce physical contact during the Covid pandemic, but is embarrassing under normal conditions.

移動の便がよい
Pros:

11歳の息子と宿泊しました。
朝食付きでした。明太おにぎりが美味しかったです。大きさが程よく3個もいただきました。
息子はツナマヨが気に入ったみたいです。
PayPayドームに行きましたが、地下鉄で移動も楽でした。

手軽に福岡出張！
Pros:

博多バスターミナルからすぐ。
朝ごはんのおにぎりの種類が豊富で、感動しました。

Cons:

エレベーターが1台で、低層階はかなり不自由。
壁が薄いので、周囲の雑音がかなり不快。
