W miarę dobre jedzenie, Lokalizacja blisko metra, blisko centrum handlowe, blisko restauracje i obok sklepy.

Cons:

Bardzo śmierdziało na korytarzu papierosami. Jak na peryferiach Tokio, to mogłoby być taniej. Za mało pralek i suszarek. Trzeba było godzinami czekać aż się zwolni. Wymeldowanie o 10:00 am.
