Pros:

The location is superb. We can go to kenrouken garden by walking for about 5 or 10 min. The room was small but we managed to put 2 big luggage and 2 stroller inside. I will definitely come back and using this hotel chain whenever I planning to go to japan. For what I paid, I think it's a great deal.
