편안히 지냈습니다^^
Pros:

아침에 간단하지만 조식이 있어 좋았습니다.
커피와 차는 마시고 싶을때 마실 수 있어 좋았고
저녁에 사우나로 피로도 풀 수 있어 좋았습니다^^
셔틀버스로 우메다까지 갈 수 있어 편했습니다.

Cons:

방이 좀 어두운 느낌이었습니다. 침대가 딱딱한 편이라 아쉬웠습니다. 바닥이 카페트라서 가습기가 아래로 향해있을경우 바닥이 다 젖습니다. (가습기 고장으로 계속 분무가 아래로 향하여 바닥이 젖었었습니다)

The staff was so helpful and friendly and the Japanese breakfast was simple and delicious.

Cons:

Only one pillow, all the receptionist staff very friendly except one of the staff on my second day looked too serious and did not feel welcome.

Pros:

The bed and pillow are so comfortable. The staff are friendly too. And there's a shuttle bus to Osaka station in the morning

Cons:

I can't move the hair dryer as it's tied to the wall. There's no outlet nearby the bed and an awkward one for the electric kettle

ファミリーでもお得に大阪一泊！
Pros:

朝食がとてもよかったです
部屋に持って行ってもOKなところもよかった
部屋に加湿器が置いてくれてあり、嬉しかった

Cons:

間違えて喫煙ルームを予約してしまった
思っていた以上に部屋が臭くて、全く眠れずくつろげず。不快だったので、変更を申し出ればよかったです
