交通方便、床好睡，早餐好吃。
Pros:

新潟車站東口走路1分鐘，巴士到車站下車，往後面看就看到。交通方便，旁邊是車站及CoCoLo複合式商場，附近有Bic camera ,飯店樓下2F的西班牙餐廳Marisco好吃！

Cons:

飯店在コープシティ花園Garesso大樓的4F，剛下巴士的時候，找不到飯店，指標不夠明顯。
