Pros:

駅近徒歩1分の立地がとても良かった。
朝食付きなのも嬉しい。

Cons:

未だに部屋での喫煙OKなこと。喫煙の部屋しか空きがなかったので仕方なく予約したが部屋がヤニ臭かった。全室禁煙にして別途喫煙室を用意してほしい。
