場所が良く部屋も快適、事前の問い合わせ(メール)にも早い対応していただき、満足の行く宿泊でした。
Pros:

駅直結で、荷物を持って全く迷う事なく到着できた。
到着時間がチェックイン時間よりも早めだったが、フロントマンの対応が良く、受付は先に済ませて荷物を預け、そのまま外出ができた。必要備品も用意されており、アメニティも充実していて、部屋着も必要な人は利用できる。シングルでもベッドは広くて快適だった。

Cons:

バイキング形式の朝食サービスが付いており、和食中心でとてもありがたかった。
ただ、食堂となる場所がフロントの目の前で、少し手狭に感じる事と、列が出来てしまい、時間を計算して準備していないと、食事を取れるまでに、結構待たされる事がある。

お世話なりました。ありがとうございました。
Pros:

播州赤穂駅改札からホテルのフロントまで、超スムーズにいけました。傘をさすこともなく、荷物を持っての移動が楽でした。

Cons:

チェックインの際、手続きをする場所が2台しかなくて、チェックインするための列ができてしまい、予想以上に時間がかかりました。入力が苦手な人もいると思うので、対面でも対応していただけると苦手方もプレッシャーがなくなると思います。
