悲しい
Pros:

駐車場係の方のみ親切でした。

Cons:

サイトでは駐車場ありと書かれていましたが、駐車場は先着制でした。満車だったので提携先駐車場をあたってくれ、とのことでしたがどこも満車。空くのを１時間近く待ちましたが空かず。車が止められないならキャンセルをしたいとフロントに申し出ましたが、それはできないとのこと。どうにかならないか相談しても、ここ(フロント)から出れないので、状況を確かめようがないと言われました。
結局、遠くの駐車場を見つけ、午後7時にホテルに着いて、部屋に入れたのは9時前。
本社、お客様相談窓口にも相談しましたが、駐車場に関しては、ブッキングドットコムさんの表示の仕方が間違っている、どんな書き方がしてあるか把握していないし、責任はない。と言う返答でした。
とても悲しい宿泊でした。
