Clean room, and acceptable breakfast, with great location
Pros:

Acceptable breakfast, quite clean rooms, and a great location, which walkable to the Peace Memorial Museum

Cons:

Good breakfast, but needs more variety and Muslim-friendly options (Fish, tamago). The coffee machine is fine, but the milk needs more frequent refills. Also, extending breakfast until 10 AM would be a great improvement

広島旅行の拠点としての立地はベスト楽しませていただきました
Cons:

朝食付きはありがたかったです。
また、品数も朝食なので十分だとかんじました。
ですが…トレイ(おぼん)に、皿を乗せると、味噌汁とご飯茶碗が乗せられません。これは3点のせられるトレイの方が良いと思います。
ほかには、返却台が狭すぎます。
容器ごとに重ねて返却までがセルフだとしても、飲み残した味噌汁を置かれると、後の人は置く場所がありません。

満足
Pros:

隣同士の部屋は満席で不可能でしたが同じ階で2部屋取って頂いて助かりました。

ホテル内の駐車場は満車で最寄りの駐車場案内されましたが丁寧に教えて頂き目の前の駐車場で移動が非常に楽でした。

Cons:

朝食メニューをもう少し増やして欲しい。

楽しく過ごせました！
Pros:

スタッフさんの対応がとても良かったです。でも、一個人の意見としては、大浴場があったら嬉しかったです。

Cons:

一意見ですが、朝食はフロア毎に時間帯を決めた方がいいかもしれないです。食べに行った時、混雑してて利用しづらかったです。もしくは、どこかのフロアを食事専用に変えて、もっと広い場所で利用したかったです。1度、ご検討宜しくお願いします。

観光地のアクセスが良かった
Pros:

施設が綺麗でアクセスも良かったです。清掃が行き届いていて、快適に過ごせました。

Cons:

子ども連れで2部屋ずつ部屋を予約したのですが、チェックインの時に機械操作に慣れず分かりにくかったところがありました。
