Gute Lage zu gutem Preis
Pros:

Gute Lage genau zwischen den Stationen Temmabashi und Tanimachi 4-chome. Zu Fuß ist man in wenigen Minuten am Osaka Castle und in wenigen Gehminuten erreicht man mehrere Restaurants und Convenience Stores. Die Zimmer sind für europäische Verhältnisse klein, aber dennoch ausreichend und hat alles, was man braucht. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht & bei Sprachbarrieren kommt man auch mit Übersetzer-Apps gut zurecht. Am TV kann man am Abend angeben, ob man am Folgetag Frühstücken möchte. Das verhindert Lebensmittelverschwendung. 👍🏻

Cons:

Wir hatten das Frühstück dazugebucht, haben uns aber ab Tag 2 dagegen entschieden, da die Auswahl nicht allzu groß war und die Speisen teilweise kalt waren. Der Essbereich befindet sich direkt in der Lobby bzw. am Eingang des Hotels, sodass es sich mehr wie ein Durchgangszimmer als ein Speisesaal anfühlt. Man findet in der Umgebung gute Alternativen wie Cafes oder 7-Eleven. Die Matratzen waren sehr hart.
Wir hatten leider das Pech, dass unsere Tür defekt war und unsere Schlüsselkarten nicht funktioniert haben. Diese wurde erst am dritten Tag repariert & wir hatten bis dahin mit einen Schlüssel erhalten . Das Problem wurde gut gelöst, jedoch war es aufgrund von Miskommunikation ärgerlich, mehrmals wieder mit dem Aufzug nach unten fahren zu müssen, weil die Schlüsselkarten trotz Zuversicherung wieder nicht funktionierten.

Pros:

The staff were lovely and very facilitating, and the location was amazing ... around you have about 5 subway stations walking distance that could take you around Osaka or even to Kyoto with no transfer!

Cons:

The rooms were small but comfy, however the pillow was very uncomfortable, it was like a rock. Also you could hear everything... in the corridor, next door, the room at the end of tge corridor. One night I was kept awake by a screaming child that was literally 5 rooms away.

期待以上だったのでまたきます。
Pros:

朝食がおいしくて良かった。
正直朝食付きは期待していなかったがとても良かった。
たまたま見つけた場所だったが満足できてよかった。
アメニティも揃っていたので期待を超えてた。
良き体験をありがとうございました。また活用させていただけたら幸いです。

Cons:

熱湯の調整を簡単にできたらよかった。最初やけどするかと思って眠気がさめた。
角部屋を使用させていただいたが、少しベッドから充電ポートが遠かったので、少しながめの線を持参したほうが良いかも。

Great rooms and staff,, close to Osaka Castle
Pros:

An all-around very pleasant experience with super friendly staff, convenient facilities including a washing machine and dryer, plus nicely sized rooms. I travelled alone with two big suitcases and had enough room to move around comfortably. Also, there's a convenience store right around the corner, and it's close to Osaka Castle.

Cons:

The hotel isn't that close to any metro stations, but it's still manageable. Just be prepared to walk a bit, and to carry your suitcases up and down stairs.
