Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione e in pieno centro a Shinjuku, molto comodo per visitare Tokyo e spostarsi facilmente.
Il personale è stato sempre cordiale e disponibile. La stanza era nella norma per gli standard giapponesi e ogni giorno venivano consegnati asciugamani puliti. Comodo anche il servizio lavanderia a pagamento presente in struttura.

Cons:

La colazione però è stata un po’ deludente: principalmente orientata alla cucina giapponese, con poca scelta internazionale. Mancavano anche elementi semplici come tostapane e latte.

Pros:

Easy location right in the heart of the action, 7 eleven co nveniently across the road and close to the subway, korea town around the corner, great daily breakfast with and ammenities bar. Housekeeping staff super friendly with daily towel change over. Check in and out was simple and luggage storage in the foyer if needed. Tin single room was a great size. The only negative we experienced was the beds were very hard, but we did request some blankets that we then used for under us which made our stay more comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay and would 100% book again if ever back in Japan!

Cons:

As stated, only issues was the hard bed.

Great place to stay breakfast was good as were the staff.
Pros:

The closeness to shops was great with plenty of food options close by. About 1 km from train station so a little walk but an enjoyable 1

Cons:

The beds were very hard with what felt like no back support at all. But that could be just a western thing

Super hotel, difficult district of Shinjuku.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent - as it always is in a Toyoko Inn. The staff were always happy to help and the facilities were excellent.

Cons:

It is in a very dodgy area of Shinjuku. Nightclubs, adult clubs, lots of drinking etc. Quite dirty - considering Shinjuku's normal super-clean standards. If you want to party then that's fine - but I was travelling with my children.
The walls were very thin and guests were not considerate. Making loud (speaker) phone calls in the hallways and their rooms as well as during breakfast.
This is not a complaint about the hotel in any way - just many of the guests not abiding by some basic cultural understandings.
