Absolutely amazing staff, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

This accommodation lacks very basic and essential amenities. There is no microwave or toaster provided in the room, and guests are not allowed to have them. Additionally, the hotel does not offer any kitchen or shared space where guests can warm up or prepare food.

This makes longer stays extremely inconvenient, as there is no way to heat or prepare meals. For a hotel, this is a significant limitation that should be clearly communicated to guests before booking.

There's roadworks ongoing at the main road, so rooms facing the main road had noises through the night. It's not under the hotel's area so it's out of their control.

Pros:

The WiFi wasn’t working in the room, and there was a noticeable smell. The layout was also quite inconvenient, with an door attached to the next room, plus a storeroom opposite.
I requested a room change, but the staff seemed reluctant at first. After insisting, I was given another room, which is much more better. Despite the issues, it’s worth the price.
Having a food street downstairs is a nice bonus.

Pros:

Very convenient.. easy for me to commute where I want to go.. convenient store & laundry is very near..

Cons:

The fridge not function .. luckily I just drink plain water not cold but not for my kids... They complain it .😅
