Sad but true
Pros:

First glance new kitchen, fresh bathroom tiles and fixtures & ground floor room had lovely garden aspect. Excellent security and parking.

Cons:

Look a bit closer - kitchen virtually no cooking utilities eg a frypan was it. Barely any utensils and only knife was blunt. Bedroom bed was too low, fluffy pillows not one!! a fitted sheet & quilt- no top sheet on bed. Room had iron but no board, when I asked for ironing board I was given the frame only, so asked for a cover & provided a single mattress protector.

Lastly the lovely garden was taboo. The aircon unit blew onto sitting area so moved table away about a metre to cool down. Was told by caretaker to move back as not allowed to move off patio.

What does one expect for one eighty a night really!!! Very disappointed and will not go back...

Pros:

Location was great for the price and there was AC that worked.

Cons:

The room was dirty, there was no dish soap, the extra pillows had no covers and had yellow stains on them. There was no coffee maker but the amenities said there was.

Great value
Pros:

The pool was very clean and it was a very good location. They had air conditioning in the lounge and the bedroom as well

Great value for money
Pros:

Comfy bed, extra provisions (pillows, blanket) in wardrobe, clean and tidy, and so close (walking distance) to great cafes/restaurants and beautiful Hyde Park. Loved having access to a pool and a private balcony.

Cons:

The pillows were too flat, definitely needed the extra ones in the wardrobe. Couch is not comfy at all and the dining table wobbled. WiFi was really slow, ended up using mobile hotspot anyway. The shower gel dispenser was empty.
