Need to employ actual cleaners and new staff members for customer service

The view from balcony was lovely

The shower was very dirty and disgusting ,under the beds near PowerPoint was very dirty and needs a vacuum
I was most appalled by the caretaker lady’s behaviour, she came to our door at 9pm on Saturday night and told us to be quiet and stop walking around apartment!! I was in bed and my son had just returned home and was having a shower to get ready for bed . I cannot actually believe you allow this , no walking around apartment at 9pm , what if someone needs to go to the toilet or get a drink or in our case have a damn shower ! But certainly DO NOT knock on guests doors !!

Pros:

Easy check in and check out, great location, staff friendly, acceptable for one night

Cons:

Bathroom definitely needed attention, lots of patchwork jobs with the shower was leaking onto floor and toilet was not cleaned properly and also a towel was found on the floor of bedroom on our arrival

Emplacement pratique mais problèmes avec la caution

L’emplacement et la fonctionnalité du logement

Cons:

L’établissement demande à l’arrivée une caution de 200 AUS. Nous avons logé deux fois dans ces appartements et les deux fois avons dû insister pour que la caution soit libérée. Il n’est pas facile de faire des démarches avec l’établissement une semaine après la fin du séjour lorsqu’il n’y a pas de réponse au mail via booking et que le numéro de téléphone indiqué “n’est pas connecté”.
