An excellent hotel with the best sea view in Lerici!
Pros:

We booked the room with balcony and whirpool; and it was an excellent choice! The balcony is huge with an amazing view of the sea. The whirpool is quite big (I guess four people can sit in there). The breakfast is super. They have a short cut to go to the city center (around 7 min walking distance). The hotel restaurant also provides good meal. The staffs are nice and the parking space is quite spacious.

Cons:

The room is smaller than we thought. We can hear people from the room next door talking. Noise insullation should be improved. The mattresses have holes so they don't support your body nicely

L'albero è in una posizione meravigliosa a pochi passi dal centro.
La mia camera era una junior suite e era veramente piccola ma con la splendida terrazza vista panoramica sul golfo di Lerici che era l'unico vero punto a favore della camera, la colazione poi ottima. Poiché non abbiamo potuto godere a pieno della vasca la struttura non ha soddisfazione le mie aspettative in quanto non avrei prenotato quella stanza se avessi saputo che la Jacuzzi non aveva acqua calda.

Cons:

Sulla terrazza c'è una jacuzzi per due un po' vecchiotta e con il termostato rotto, quando ho chiamato mi è stato detto che si poteva usare anche in marzo perché nell'acqua calda si stava bene, il problema è che l'acqua calda non c'era. E inoltre il televisore non funzionava bene per problemi di ricezione. Credo che queste cose debbano essere migliorate assolutamente se vogliono tenere un certo standard.anche la pulizia della stanza non era esattamente impeccabile. Si può fare di meglio.

Très bon emplacement, calme, avec une belle vue. Le centre de Lerici est accessible à pied en quelques minutes.
