Pros:

Great location for Ao Nang Railey Beach etc some lovely little eateries and private beaches to find

Cons:

Resort is a little run down, cafe is only open till 11.30 restaurant is very limited closes at 20.30

Zahrada okolo bungalovů.

Cons:

Personál naprosto bez zájmu o hosty. Pokoj údajně s výhledem do vnitřního dvora byl na parkoviště ani ne ze vzdálenosti dvou metrů. Vyměnili jsme ho za doplatek za bunglov. Za 7 dní pobytu nám uklidili 1x, na vyžádání na recepci, cedulku na dveřích ignorovali. Na snídaně podávané na parkovišti jsme nechodili. Neustálý hluk z lodí z blízkého mola. Moře na koupání naprosto nevhodné, dokonce jsme v něm viděli plavat hada. Bazén nepříliš čistý.

Die gute Lage und nettes Personal.

Cons:

Eine Schabe im Zimmer.
Schlechtes Frühstück, der Kaffee war ungenießbar.
Schmuddelige Einrichtung im Frühstücksbereich.
Auch sonst sind viele Bereiche des Hotels total verkommen.
Einzig der Bungalow Bereich ist ganz passabel.
Das Wasser des Pools ist eine Katastrophe

The value for money is really poor. Cleaning of the room is every 2 days.

Avoid staying in Diamond Beach resort Krabi

Cons:

Most of the relevant points that make a stay pleasurable.
The staff is veey uncourteous. They do not have even basic customer service skills.

No staff understands the english well.

Even after prior intimation about reaching early, they did not provide the room before 2 pm, though the rooms were available and ready.
The room provided had the non functional air conditioning. No one looked at the complaint. All non competent staff tried to attend it and after 2 hours got the room changed.

No room cleaning is done unless specifically told.

The hotel does not have a basic full fledged restaurant.

The location is pretty odd and very inconvenient for commuting.

Even for basic dinner to go to Ao nag it costs 400 baht per trip. That makes it over all very costly.

There is no supervisor or manager to attend any complaints.

Better stay near Ao Nang beach in a decent hotel and not spend anything.on property like this

And btw its not a beach property. They have a man made beach near the shore.

Pros:

Nous revenons tout juste de notre deuxième séjour au Diamond Beach Resort à Ao Nam Mao, dans la région de Krabi, et une chose est sûre : nous sommes toujours aussi conquis !

La première fois, nous étions déjà tombés sous le charme… alors nous avons décidé de revenir. Et sincèrement, c’est encore mieux la deuxième fois. L’accueil est absolument impeccable : chaleureux, professionnel, attentionné. On se sent attendu et vraiment bienvenu.

Le resort est entretenu à la perfection. Tout est extrêmement propre, soigné, harmonieux. Nous avions réservé un bungalow face mer, et aucune mauvaise surprise : aucune arnaque, aucune différence entre les photos et la réalité. C’était exactement – et même mieux – que ce que nous avions imaginé. Vue magnifique sur les mangroves, atmosphère paisible, cadre dépaysant… un vrai petit paradis.

Petit conseil : privilégiez les petits bungalows en bois face à la piscine et aux mangroves. C’est hyper agréable, intime, et la vue est tout simplement splendide.

Autre point fort : l’emplacement. À seulement quelques mètres, vous avez accès aux points de départ des excursions. Nous avons eu la chance de faire une sortie sur huit spots différents – un moment incroyable, parfaitement organisé. Tout était fluide, magique, inoubliable.

Concernant le rapport qualité-prix : oui, c’est la haute saison, donc les tarifs sont un peu plus élevés, mais c’est tout à fait normal et surtout pas excessif au vu des prestations. Franchement, cela vaut largement le prix.

En résumé : tout est parfait, rien à redire. Nous sommes absolument ravis de notre séjour et nous reviendrons dès que possible. Nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés.

Allez au Diamond Beach Resort, c’est vraiment exceptionnel ! 🌴✨
