Staff was extremely rude I had tp pay cash for my room even though the room was paid by credit card on the website. They even locked my personal belongings inside the room and not allowed me access unless I gave them cash, They also called security on me
Please do not recommended this hotel to people, it is not safe or decent.
It smells bad, car park is fukk of street guys smoking weed, and prostitutes looking for business.

Terrible! Very dirty, lift wasn’t working and hallways were very dirty. I couldn’t sleep on the bed using the hotel beddings
The hotel is quite nice and comfortable. However, I have some problems with it. The hotel has two receptions and they keep passing you from one to the other and the two are like 2 mins walk away. Then I booked days before however it took about 30min for them to find my booking. This was despite that I paid online. Then the next morning I was told breakfast is only for one guest and I had to call hotel.com who now offered to refund me. The staffs were not very helpful but the hotel itself is nice. Then I was told there is northing like free spa entry which was part of what they have offered online. Infact the receptionist told me the spa is separately owned from the hotel. Lastly the telephone in my room was not working so each time I need the reception I had to go to the other room.luckily I had two rooms booked.
