Nice atmosphere
Fabulous staff, lovely clean environment and rooms. Breakfast was fab

Disappointing breakfast and evening meal
Location and first impressions was good.
Not able.to speak or find anyone on reception. Having to keep asking for teabags, because you was only allocated two a day. A fridge is supplied in your room with the tiniest bottle of milk. Had to buy own milk and tea in the end. Bathroom sink never flushed away, dust down side of bed. Air con unit was really noisy evwn when it wasnt on,. Breakfasts was cold first day, so didnt bother with a full breakfast, small amount of offering for cereals. Never offered more tea or toast at breakfast. Had dinner first night and was overcharged by 35 pound. Food offering for children wasnt good either. Other all for what we paid found a lovely first impression, but found staff not interested unless you.spoke to them. No welcoming approach.
Excellent breakfast, very generous portions, very friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful location, very comfortable and well presented room, and very good bathroom/shower. Loved all the bear-themed decor and would happily recommend this stay and stay here again!

Overall a good experience. Very welcoming and helpful staff at all times, including on arrival and for breakfast. Very convenient for breakfast / dinner if staying overnight. Well appointed bedroom and bathroom.
Air con unit made a loud humming/whirring noise around every two minutes for most of the night, making it difficult to sleep. Overall breakfast was good and we provided some constructive feedback about serving the 'Healthy Breakfast' on very hot plates - causing the eggs to over-cook and the smoked salmon to start cooking also! This option is much better served on a cold plate. Overall, for what is a pub, at £190 this was an expensive stay but at the time (in high season), there was no cheaper / roughly equivalent accommodation available, so their price does not appear out of line.
De kamer is zeer smaakvol ingericht, lekkere douche, Nespresso koffief, thee, melk en koekjes staan klaar. Beneden in het restaurant kun je heerlijk dineren.
Het ontbijt was heel lekker, je kunt kiezen uit veel opties.
