Our room was so comfortable. Quiet. We had towels folded into bears. We loved the bears everywhere. We loved the toiletries, the en-suite. Delicious food in the restaurant - dinner & breakfast. The staff were friendly & accommodating. We will definitely stay again. It was so homely, such a wonderful atmosphere. Everything was to a high standard. Thank you to all who made us feel so very welcome.

The boutique pub is a great place to unwind and at the same time due to its location gives you the opportunity to go for walks in the New Forest 🌳. The room we stayed in had everything you need (ie good coffee & tea selection, comfortable bed and is tastefully decorated ! Staff was exceptional - we could have not asked for more.

Front of house Boris was very accommodating to our needs throughout our stay. The Chef was super and checked ingredients against an allergy. He then cooked a super breakfast for us and our dog. The team was great
We were set into a dog friendly room which was great by your staff. But upon arrival the invoices were separate with the supplement being additional? As you knew we were travelling and staying with our pet and you had made the accommodation change why was the bill not singular, at a cost. It wastes the guests time as well as the staffs and causes confusion. Mostly people don't mind the cost but it is far easier to do everything on a single invoice.

The person who checked me in was most welcoming and even showed me to my room and offered to carry my small case.
It was a delicious breakfast with fresh coffee which was served at my table and then a refill was offered.
