Great value, friendly staff, and an excellent breakfast—just a minor issue with room cleanliness.
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location, offers good value for the price, and has plenty of parking available. The breakfast was very good, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

Overall, I had a very pleasant experience, and everything else met my expectations.

Cons:

The only issue I noticed was that my room didn’t seem as clean as I expected. There was quite a bit of dust, and I’m not sure if it was coming from the air conditioning system. If that was the case, it may need some maintenance. Other than that, everything was great.

Very clean, great service, convenient location to Zion National Park. Definitely would come back and stay here again!

Pros:

Property was conveniently located at the entrance of La Verkin when returning from Zion National Park. It was also about a 10-15 minute drive from the most common fast food locations.

Fantastic place.
Pros:

The breakfast was "basic" but good. The pool was nice to cool down, after fantastic hikes.

It was the perfect stay!

Everything! Literally everything! The staff was exceptional, the breakfast was good, the rooms were spotless, the location, restaurants close and was perfect for getting to all of the July 4 events
