Great location & only 20 minutes from Zion. Second time staying here & no issues. Loved the breakfast!
Pros:

20 minutes from Zion, yummy breakfast & nice rooms.

Cons:

We stayed for 3 nights & they never stopped by to clean the room or bring new towels / TP.

Great location
Pros:

Loved the warm pool and the location for Zion national park.

Cons:

We asked for a quiet room which it was for the first night but the second night they put a very noisy family above us who charged around all night shouting etc. You could hear everything.

Our shower didn't work properly.

Location was great for our trip to Zion. Very clean, updated rooms. Excellent breakfast with large variety of hot and cold choices. Fair priced.

Pros:

We stayed for 2 nights at a hotel close to Zion National Park. The room was spacious and the location was great.

Cons:

The only downside was that the pillows were uncomfortable
