Bardzo udany pobyt
Pros:

Nowoczesny hotel, przestronne pokoje, fajny basen żeby zrelaksować się wieczorem (czynny do 10pm), dostępna dobra kawa w lobby. Śniadanie proste ale przyzwoite, wystarczające na pierwszy posiłek. Bardzo fajna obsługa ze strony personelu w recepcji i bufetu śniadaniowego. Darmowy parking dla gości to bardzo duży plus. Bliska odległość do Zion.

Cons:

Brak baru żeby posiedzieć wieczorem przed snem.

I thought I would miss out on staying in Springdale but this was really nice.
Pros:

This place is beautiful. So many amenities and close to Zion. Quiet and little traffic.

Cons:

Nothing ! It was perfect.

Ubytovanie ciste, personal velmi ochotny, ranajky sa zacali podavat uz o 6:30 aby ludia stihli ist do Zion parku. My sme ich aj napriek tomu neabsolvovali lebo Zion je vzdialeny asi 30 min autom a chceli sme tam byt pred 7;00 hod. Bazen super a aj vyrivka bola dobra. Mozete si tam nabrat vodu, kavu a lad zadarno. Za nas super cena- vykon.

It was a good night of rest in a good place. Enjoyed our stay.

Great amenities and a comfortable night's sleep, but cleanliness and pet odors were major disappoint
Pros:

We only stayed one night, but during our stay the room had everything we needed, including a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and air conditioning, which was a must and worked great. The bed was very comfortable—I slept like a baby and had a great night's sleep.

Cons:

From the moment we walked into the hotel, there was an unpleasant smell. It became even stronger once we reached the hallway leading to the guest rooms. The odor reminded me of an animal hospital, almost like they were using an excessive amount of air freshener or cleaning products to cover up pet odors.

I don't mind that the hotel allows pets, and I understand many people travel with them. However, there should be some limits, especially in shared spaces like the breakfast area. I was surprised to see pets in the dining area, and the smell was so overwhelming that we ended up taking our breakfast back to our room just so we could eat comfortably. I personally would never bring my dog into a lobby or breakfast area where other guests are eating.

To make matters worse, we found bugs in both the room and the bathroom, which was disgusting and completely unacceptable. Between the strong odor throughout the hotel and the cleanliness issues, our stay was very disappointing. I would not choose to stay here again.
