Very friendly staff.
Pros:

The location close to Zion

Cons:

The breakfast needs some fresh fruit vs canned fruit. Some fresh berries and melon would go a long way. Canned peaches just don’t do it. And, the pool was unusable because of a lack of shade .

Cons:

The name made me think it was closer to Zion National Park as it came up when I searched for that town and park. I was surprised when it was so far away. I should have paid closer attention but the name is deceptive

Pros:

Very nice new hotel with comfy rooms, nice pool and hot tub area, ample free parking and a very good breakfast included. Good restaurants in the area (especially recommend River Rock Roasting Company).
It's about a 30 minute drive to Zion but the drive is very pretty and it makes the accommodation more affordable.

Great place to stay and will go back
Pros:

Itvwas new, clean, breakfast was lovely, rooms were spacious, staff were friendly and the location was great for Zion.

Cons:

The pool was in direct sun so we couldnt use it until the evening. Other than that, this place was great.
