Pésima atención de Javier Vera. Llegamos cansados junto a mi señora en la noche, con maletas y en ese momento nos envían al metro a sacar dinero en efectivo para una garantía, algo que jamás se informó. Nos pareció un trato muy poco considerado y una situación realmente insólita. La experiencia de llegada fue muy mala y dejó una muy mala primera impresión.

desayuno completo, y en el frigobar habia bebidas, snacks, entre otros, cosas que ya no se ven en la mayoria de los hoteles. Tambien, bata, pantuflas, y todo lo necesario para un descanso.
